Quality control

Nothing leaves without a release

Testing runs alongside production rather than after it, so a problem is caught at the blending stage instead of at the packing line.

  • Incoming material checks — every raw material verified against its certificate of analysis before it enters the store
  • In-process controls — weight, hardness, disintegration and fill volume sampled through the run
  • Finished goods testing — assay and microbiological limits confirmed before release
  • Retained samples — held against the batch record for the life of the shelf life
  • Full traceability — any finished pack can be traced back to its raw material lots

Our manufacturing unit sits on the Poothurai to Gorimedu road in Vanur Taluk, roughly three hours south of Chennai and within reach of both Chennai and Puducherry ports.

What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the dosage form and the pack. Powders carry a lower minimum than blister-packed tablets, because the tooling and foil changeover on a blister line is the expensive part. Tell us the format and volume you have in mind and we will give you a real number rather than a range.
How long from first enquiry to first delivery?
For an existing formulation from our range, typically a few weeks once artwork is approved. For a new formulation that needs development and pilot batches, plan on a quarter. Raw material lead times are usually the constraint, not plant capacity.
Can we visit and audit the facility?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Serious buyers audit before they commit, and an audit resolves more doubt than any brochure. Give us reasonable notice and we will arrange the visit to Villupuram.
What documentation comes with each batch?
A certificate of analysis for the finished product, the batch manufacturing record, and certificates of analysis for the raw materials used. For export consignments we also prepare the supporting documents your importer's customs broker will require.
Do you supply outside India?
Yes. We hold an Importer-Exporter Code and FIEO registration covering nutraceuticals, health supplements, sports supplements and foods for special dietary uses. Requirements vary considerably by destination market, so tell us the country early — it affects formulation and labelling, not just paperwork.
Will you develop a formulation exclusively for us?
We can. Terms depend on the development effort involved and the volume commitment behind it. Exclusivity is negotiable and worth discussing at the quotation stage rather than after production has started.
